Dr. Alexis Rhames Keith, the Founder of MadeWell Minds, PLLC, is a Licensed Psychologist in both Tennessee and North Carolina with specialized training in autism and developmental disabilities. She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and brings specialized training in autism, developmental disabilities, and psychodiagnostic assessment to every evaluation she conducts.

Dr. Keith completed her APA-accredited internship at Rochester Institute of Technology's Hillside Children's Center, where she provided psychological services in a residential treatment setting for youth. She later completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the nationally recognized UNC TEACCH Autism Program, deepening her expertise in diagnostic assessment and intervention for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Keith has worked across a wide range of clinical settings — including academic medical centers, schools, residential facilities, and community mental health programs — supporting children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan.

At MadeWell Minds, Dr. Keith offers comprehensive psychological evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and mood and anxiety concerns, as well as limited individual therapy services. She believes the evaluation process should feel comfortable and collaborative — not clinical or intimidating. Every report she writes is designed to be genuinely useful, giving you clear answers and practical next steps in language you can actually understand.

When she's not in the office, Dr. Keith enjoys listening to podcasts, attending live music concerts and festivals, and traveling.
