Our Process

Virtual Clinical Interview

(60-90 Minutes)

Every evaluation begins with an initial interview to explore current concerns and gather relevant background information. This helps ensure the assessment process is tailored to your unique needs.

In-Person Testing Session

(3-4 Hours)

After the clinical interview, a series of standardized assessments are selected and administered in person. These tests are chosen based on the specific referral questions and areas of concern discussed during the intake.

Feedback & Recommendations

(1 Hour)

Once all testing and scoring are complete, a virtual feedback session is held to review the results together. During this meeting, you’ll receive a clear explanation of findings, individualized recommendations, and referrals for additional support if needed.

At MadeWell Minds, we understand that autism, ADHD, learning differences, and emotional concerns often overlap and interact. Our evaluations are designed to capture the full picture — not just the presenting concern — so that nothing important gets missed and every recommendation reflects your unique profile

Our Assessments

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

We provide comprehensive, individualized autism evaluations using gold-standard tools including (but not limited to) the ADOS-2. Our process goes beyond diagnosis — we help you understand how you or your child thinks, communicates, and experiences the world, with clear recommendations for support and next steps. Where clinically indicated, we may also assess for co-occurring ADHD, anxiety, and mood concerns.

  • ADHD Assessment

Our ADHD evaluations assess attention, executive functioning, impulse control, and related concerns across home, school, and work settings. We use nationally normed measures to provide a complete picture of daily functioning. Where clinically indicated, we may also explore co-occurring mood, anxiety, social communication, and emotional concerns.

  • Learning Disability Testing

We offer psychoeducational evaluations to identify learning differences such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Our reports include specific, actionable recommendations for academic accommodations, interventions, and support strategies. Please note that the scope of each evaluation is determined collaboratively based on your specific referral questions and clinical needs.

  • Mood & Anxiety Evaluation

When emotional or behavioral concerns are affecting daily life, a comprehensive evaluation can help identify what's really going on. We assess for mood disorders, anxiety, and related conditions — and where clinically indicated, we consider broader neurodevelopmental factors that may be contributing to the presenting concerns.
